Cancellation Policy:
Cancel before 8/31/10, and receive your registration fee, minus a $50 processing fee. No refunds for cancellations after 8/31/10. Substitutions from your company are allowed. If you cancel and do not elect to have someone from your company replace you, you will receive a credit towards attending any of Yankee Group conferences in the future for the amount of the cancellation.

All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and discounts cannot be combined. In the event that more than one discount is applicable, delegates will receive the discount with the highest value. All discounts are subject to approval. Please note the conference fee does not include travel or hotel accommodation costs.

Disclaimer: Pre-registration is required for all training courses before October 14 and minimum enrollment is necessary. Courses may be cancelled if the minimum enrollment is not met. In the case of cancellation, all training registrants will be notified by one week prior and payment will be refunded. Registrant may attend the conference program in lieu of the courses, if desired.
