Book a Press Briefing Room

Meeting rooms for individual press briefings will be available by reservation in the Press Center during the event. You may submit a meeting room request as early as August 1, 2010, by contacting Kate Walsh by email: kwalsh@yankeegroup.com or by phone: 617-259-2320

Press Briefing rooms are available starting:  Tuesday, October 19 – 8am – 6pm Wednesday, October 20 – 8am – 6pm, Thursday, October 21 9am – 2pm

Please include the following information in your request:

Time
Duration: 1 Hour or 1/2 Hour
Date
Name of Exhibiting Company
Name of Registered Exhibitor Representative
Name of Press/Group
Name of Registered Journalist/Analyst

The Press Center may only be used by registered exhibitors, representatives, press and analysts. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as press (journalist/analyst) and the other must be a registered exhibitor.
