What is the payment schedule for 4G World?
- 50% Due Upon Contract Signing
- Balance Due August 1, 2010

When can we move into our booths?
Exhibitor Installation:
Saturday, October 16: 12pm – 5pm (By Request ONLY)
Sunday, October 17: 8am – 5pm
Monday, October 18: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday, October 19: 8am – 10am (Touch ups ONLY)
HALL MUST BE SHOW READY BY 10:30AM, OCTOBER 19. HALL WILL OPEN FOR PRESS AT THIS TIME.
Can we build towers in our booth?
Height Restrictions:
Linear Booths: 8’ / Island Booths: 20’

Can we use a hanging sign?
Island Booths may have hanging signs, but must adhere to the height restriction of 20’, as well as the Guidelines for Display Rules and Regulations located in the exhibitor manual.
How do we get hotel rooms for our staff?

How do we register our booth personnel?
All sponsors and exhibitors will use their private registration page and login to register for their complimentary passes. This info is located on Page 5 of your Welcome Package. If you cannot find this material please email, ekadelski@yankeegroup.com.

What is the Cancellation Policy?
If, because of fire, strike, earthquake, war, construction or renovation projects affecting the Facility, government regulation, public catastrophe, Act of God, or the public enemy, the Event, or any part thereof, is prevented from being held or is canceled by TM, or any portion of the Facility space becomes unavailable, TM, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether to refund to the Exhibitor no more than its proportionate share of the balance of the aggregate display fees received which remains after deducting expenses incurred by TM and reasonable compensation to TM. In no case shall the amount of refund to Exhibitor exceed the amount of the exhibit fees paid.
How do I get/update my company information for the directory?
Once your signed contract has been received, please send your company logo (hi res eps formats), write up, and hotlink to be posted on our event website to promote your participation at 4G World 2010. Send these items to Erin Kadelski at ekadelski@yankeegroup.com.
- Logo Specs:
Please provide me with a high resolutions version of your company logo. The preferred logo format is an .eps file with all fonts outlined. If the logo was not created as a vector image, a .tif file saved at 300 dpi is also acceptable. Please avoid jpgs or other files with compression. - Corporate Descriptions: Strictly adhere to the counts below or you will be asked to resubmit!
